Returns

Here at ipoolproducts your satisfaction is always our primary concern. Buying an item from a company online
is relatively simple, but at times it is necessary to exchange or return an item and at times it can be frustrating
and difficult. We would like to make it easy for you. All of the products at ipoolproducts are new and come with
A Full Manufacture's Limited Warranty.   (All product pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice.)

All non-defective unused and un-installed (   In New Condition) merchandise may be returned to ipoolproducts
within 30 days of the invoice date.


If you are returning a non-defective product, you will be charged a 30% fee in original packaging and no return if not in the original unopened packaging on all returned items. ( No Returns On Electrical Or Electronic Items ) Shipping is not refundable on all returned items, NO EXCEPTION. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and your account will be credited less any applicable charges.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for a refund.

In order to receive a refund, your purchase item must be in new condition.) All returns must be sent via UPS,
Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. Save the tracking information for confirmation
of delivery. We suggest you  insure your returns. Any lost or damaged shipment are the responsibility of the
shipper for claim processing with the carrier. ipoolproducts is not responsible for any lost or damages in shipment.
All motors are factory tested before shipment. Most motors returned as "defective" That have been mis-wired or have water 
damage are not accepted as returns. Please wire motors with care..

   In New Condition is merchandise still in the original packaging and has not been taken out of  the
original packaging, has not been installed or tested, has not been inserted in water, and all paper work
and parts are accounted for, including videos and rebate form, are returned if applicable.



No returns or exchange on Truck Freight items or Special Order items, above ground pool kits, liners, ( Pumps, Heaters and Filters that have been opened.) All sales are final on these items; unless it’s a wrong a shipment. Customers are responsible to verify their online orders and notify ipoolproducts  as soon as possible ipoolproducts is not liable for any wrong orders.

Damages

PLEASE INSPECT THOROUGHLY ALL ITEMS AND ALL CONTENTS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES
MUST BE REPORTED TO THE TRUCK DRIVER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT AND SO NOTED ON
THE BILL OF LADING BEFORE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT IS MADE. ANY SHIPMENT
SIGNED FOR IN GOOD CONDITION CANNOT BE DISPUTED LATER.

To Cancel Your Order

An order can not be canceled after shipping. Please call Customer Service to cancel your order.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS. To avoid charges it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact
ipoolproducts.com  immediately after checkout.

Shipping and Tax

When standard shipping is selected,  we will determine on the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
We will make every effort to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase date (except for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
this is not always possible due to delays which may be beyond our control like merchandise availability. 
The carriers that we use are: UPS, Fed-Ex. and USPS. Customer is responsible to pay for sales
tax if applicable and all other taxes associated with the order. Shipping cost on pool heaters or any item
too large that CANNOT BE SHIPPED  VIA FEDEX GROUND OR UPS GROUND WILL BE SHIPPED (    FREIGHT)

Freight carriers do not guarantee the exact time or date of delivery unless otherwise a special request. FREIGHT ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED
TO A FRIIGHT TERMINAL OR COMMERCIALLY ZONED BUSINESS LOCATIONS to be defined by the freight carrier.
We must be contacted after a freight order is placed for additional cost if any.call 1-714-395-6913
We are not responsible for items left by FedEx, UPS and USPS.  If there is never anyone home during the day carriers we suggest that you assign your delivery to your workplace or to a neighbor or a friend’s home instead. 
When your item ships, you will receive an email  from ipoolproducts.com within 24hrs. with a tracking number.

   Freight is for :
Very large items too large for UPS and Fedex such as Pool Slides, Gas Heaters, Large Pool Filters and Above
Ground Systems these will be shipped freight  by BAX Global, Yellow Freight and other carriers of high reputation.

Freight Carriers will typically make delivery between 3-5 days form the time the item is loaded on the truck however
delays are not uncommon . Please allow up to 7-10 days.

We are not responsible for shipping delays which may be beyond our control such as weather and road
conditions.

Terms of Delivery

You must provide a delivery address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Inspect all items for damages
when you receive from the carrier. ipoolproducts is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages and you must
report to the carrier at time of delivery for any damages. We are not responsible for items left by FedEx
or UPS without a signature.

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the purchase date must be made directly with
the manufacturer. Manufacture's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available
directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. All
requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance
with their terms and conditions.

THE LIMIT OF LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID OR PREPAID ON ACCOUNT BY BUYER FOR THE GOODS GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIMS. BUYER SHALL BE DEEMED TO ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE GOODS BY BUYER, ITS EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS AND OTHERS. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND BUYER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD SELLER HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS BASED ON SELLER’S COMPLIANCE WITH BUYER’S DESIGNS, SPECIFICATIONS OR INSTRUCTIONS, OR MODIFICATION OF ANY GOODS BY PARTIES OTHER THAN SELLER, OR USE IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER PRODUCTS.EACH PARTY RECOGNIZES AND AGREES THAT THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY AND REMEDY LIMITATIONS HEREIN ARE MATERIAL, BARGAINED FOR BASES OF ANY ORDER OR CONTRACT AND THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AND REFLECTED IN DETERMINING THE CONSIDERATION TO BE GIVEN BY EACH PARTY UNDER ANY ORDER OR CONTRACT AND IN THE DECISION BY EACH PARTY TO ENTER INTO SUCH ORDER OR CONTRACT.
